Rice Field + Cloud + Lightning x Vehicle = TRAIN!

Gemma, let's make this clear, is a bit of a couch potato. In order to stop myself getting sucked into the routine of Neighbours-Hollyoaks-Emmerdale-Coronation Street I decided to expand my mind and... teach myself to write Japanese! So I made a start, and - wow- it's so much fun! Really challenging, but so enjoyable! Over the weekend I've learnt about 80 single kanji, a bunch of complex kanji, and I've started on Hiragana. I know I'm just a beginner, but I do feel proud of myself ^_^ And it's so much fun deciphering pictograms.

Breakfast: Rice pudding

Tea: Cup of coffee and chocolate biscuits

Oh the student-y-ness of it all...

I'm going to put pink and yellow wool in my hair and look like a Fruit Salad (the chewy sweet, not the delicious and nutritious pudding). EDIT : I couldn't find any pink wool I liked and was too lazy to go to the Indoor Market, so it's going red instead XD
